Justin Rowe Tolliver is a film & television producer, writer, director known for his comedy horror short film “THE ROLLING SHADOW”, which has garnered 12 film festival selections in 2022, winning “Best Short Film” Bronze Award & “Best Director” Gold Award at the LA Shorts Award Film Festival. He also won a Silver Remi Award at the 2023 WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival and Best Documentary at the Austin Under The Stars Film Festival for the short film "A TOUCH OF KINDNESS". His films have been selected into more than 30 film festivals.
Justin executive produced the short film “Just Before Sundown” by Don B Welch, expected to be released winter 2023. He also worked in television as a director's assistant and 2nd 2nd for 2 seasons on the AMC drama series “HUSH” as well as 2nd Assistant Director on several short films.
His anticipated project is "NAME IMAGE LIKENESS", a sports drama short film. Justin looks to produce his first feature length film “The Last One” under his production company “Tolliver Productions” in 2024.
Justin has also produced several stage plays in Los Angeles, starring actors such as Dawn Lewis & Christian Keys, along with singers such as Kenny Lattimore & Vanessa Bell Armstrong.
Originally from New Orleans, Justin attended the University of Southern California as an athlete winning two college football championships with the Trojans.
